WANG Guoyu, Professor at the School of Philosophy, Fudan University, and Dean of the Institute of Technology Ethics for Human Future at Fudan University, China Association for Science and Technology. She also serves as the Chairman of the National MAE (Master of Applied Ethics) Education Steering Committee, Co-Chairman of the Professional Ethics and Academic Ethics Committee of the China Computer Federation, Director of the Ethics Committee of the International Human Phenome Institution(Shanghai) Group Program, Chairman of the Shanghai Society for Dialectics of Nature/Philosophy of Nature, Science and Technology, and Chief Scientist of the National Key Research and Development Program of China “Research on the Ethical Policy and Regulatory Framework of Precision Medicine”.
