China’s Global Al Governance Initiative and its implications for Central Asia, with particular focus on Uzbekistan will be critically examined during the presentation. It analyses how China’s evolving governance framework intersects with regional digital transformation agendas, sovereignty concerns, and emergent regulatory architectures at global stage. Against the backdrop of deepening bilateral partnerships, including the China-Uzbekistan all-weather strategic partnership and multilateral platforms such as the SCO, BRI, and Central Asia-China cooperation, the study assesses tangible outcomes, including the 2025 Treaty of Eternal Good-Neighborliness. As technology transfer and Al applications accelerate across public administration, trade, infrastructure, and education, the presentation will provide a systematic theoretical and practical assessment of the Initiative's regional impact.
