Whitzard, an AI agent developed by a team led by Professor Yang Min of the College of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Fudan University, and a member of the International Advisory Board of the CGAIG, achieved a success rate of 91.2%, ranking second globally and first among university teams.

On July 21, Nicholas B. DIRKS, Co-Chair of the International Advisory Board of the CGAIG and President and CEO of the New York Academy of Sciences (NYAS), said in an interview with CCTV Finance that communication is aimed at reaching consensus on certain issues, such as global governance and global principles for the use and development of science and technology.

On July 17, Seydina Moussa Ndiaye, Head of the ALIVE research group at Senegal’s Université Numérique Cheikh Hamidou Kane, commended China’s open attitude toward global AI development at the 2026 World AI Conference in Shanghai, noting it brings opportunities for AI advancement in the Global South.
