本次讲座探讨自由贸易协定（FTAs）与数字经济协定（DEAs）作为国际人工智能治理新兴路径的潜在价值。文章研判此类规则框架能否有效应对人工智能安全、伦理规范、可持续发展及全球包容性等核心议题，同时消解各国监管规则碎片化问题，并为后续多边合作提供支撑，其中亦涵盖中国倡议成立的世界人工智能合作组织（WAICO）。
This talk explores the potential of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and Digital Economy Agreements (DEAs) asemerging pathways for international AI governance. It examines whether these frameworks can help add resskey issues such as AI safety, ethics, sustainability, and global inclusiveness, while reducing regulatory fragmentation and supporting future multilateral cooperation, including China's proposed World Al Cooperation Organization (WAICO).
