法鲁赫·哈基莫夫 Farrukh Khakimov（乌兹别克斯坦）

法鲁赫·哈基莫夫（Farrukh Khakimov）现任乌兹别克斯坦发展战略中心部门主任。他拥有乌兹别克斯坦世界经济与外交大学政治学博士学位，以及英国格拉斯哥大学与中国浙江大学联合授予的国际硕士学位。
加入乌兹别克斯坦发展战略中心前，哈基莫夫博士曾在乌兹别克斯坦世界经济与外交大学任教，并于2010—2016年在乌兹别克斯坦国家行政学院、乌兹别克斯坦共和国总统直属战略与区域研究所担任研究员。
哈基莫夫博士长期关注中亚地区主义与区域一体化、中亚地缘政治、数字化转型、数字治理、公共管理与数字政府等议题。在全球人工智能创新治理中心和复旦发展研究院访问期间，他将围绕人工智能治理、数字主权与中国—中亚合作等议题开展研究。
法鲁赫·哈基莫夫将于2026年6月1日至2026年6月30日在全球人工智能创新治理中心和复旦发展研究院从事访问研究工作。
Dr. Farrukh Khakimov is currently Head of Department at the Development Strategy Center (DSC), Uzbekistan. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Uzbekistan, as well as a joint Master’s degree from the University of Glasgow and Zhejiang University.
Prior to joining the DSC, Dr. Khakimov lectured at the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and also worked as a research fellow at the Academy of Public Administration and at the Institute for Strategic and Regional Studies under the President of Republic of Uzbekistan during 2010-2016.
Dr. Khakimov’s research interests include regionalism and regional integration in Central Asia, Central Asian geopolitics, digital transformation, digital governance, public administration, and digital government.
During his visit to the Center for Global Al Innovative Governance (CGAlG) and Fudan Development Institute (FDDI), he will conduct research on AI governance, digital sovereignty, and China-Central Asia cooperation.Farrukh Khakimov will be a visiting scholar at CGAlG and FDDI from June 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026.
